Since moving from Memphis to Manhattan ten years ago, I have been pursuing my dream as an artist. I have worked in fashion, sports television, childcare, and textile product development. However, it was during the pandemic that I discovered a true passion— embroidery. With uninterrupted silence in my shared one-bedroom apartment in Yorkville, I started restoring antique quilt jackets and patchwork shirts….

With a degree in fashion design and art history from the Fashion Institute of Technology, I have found fulfillment in multiple mediums of art. With a curiousity to grow, I continued to develop my design and production skills working at companies such as Proenza Schouler, Disney, CBS, Bode, Lady & Butler, and Storytellers & Creators.
